HISTORY
Marcus Adams Properties, LLC, as the company is known today, was formed in 1996 but predecessor and affiliated entities started investing in Southern California industrial real estate in 1955. The Company was created to invest in high quality industrial properties in growth markets, with a primary focus on the historically vibrant and desirable Southern California region.
Marcus Adams Properties today owns and manages a portfolio of income producing industrial real estate located primarily in Southern California. Marcus Adams has developed a disciplined expertise in industrial real estate investing and has produced a strong financial performance record that has created significant value for its investors.
