Yvonne Horton, oversees Investor Relations for Marcus Adams Properties, LLC and is the Office Manager for our Ventura office. Ms. Horton creates and maintains investor files, responds to investor inquiries and works with the Asset Managers of the Company's portfolio. In addition, Ms. Horton assists with the property management of the Ventura County properties. While her responsibilities are primarily bookkeeping and maintenance of books and records, Ms. Horton also handles tenant relations. Having passed her exam, Ms. Horton is licensed as a California Real Estate Agent.

Ms. Horton was born in Kirchdorf, Austria. In 1994 she graduated with the equivalent of an AA degree from the economic oriented college "Hoehere Bundeslehranstalt fuer wirtschaftliche Berufe" in the city of Bad Ischl, Austria, where her comprehensive exams included languages (German, English, French) accounting, biology, psychology, nutrition theory and business management. She then attended "Paedagogische Akademie" in the city of Linz, Austria, where she graduated in 1998 with the equivalent of a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.

Prior to moving to the United States, while in college and university, Ms. Horton worked as an assistant for a general contractor in the technical and planning department and in the software and programming department of the real estate development firm of "Siedlungsgenossenschaft ennstal" in Liezen, Austria.
