Lauren Harb is the Senior Property Manager and Office Manager for Marcus Adams Capital LLC. She is responsible for maintaining both tenant and vendor relations for the Marcus Adams properties. Ms. Harb supervises the daily operations and management activities for the properties owned or managed by the Company. Her responsibilities include a broad range of property management, maintenance, operational and budgetary duties including tenant and vendor relations, property inspections, tenant improvement and construction supervision, operating budget preparation and variance reports, accounts receivable, accounts payable (i.e., rent collection escalations, CAM reconciliation) and legal/regulatory notifications. Ms. Harb's organizational skills and attention to detail allow Marcus Adams to provide unsurpassed property management and operational support for its portfolio clients and their properties.

Ms. Harb obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the University of San Francisco in 2003. She is a Certified Notary Public, a member of the National Notary Association and a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
