Casey Adams is a Senior Vice President/Principal of Marcus Adams Properties, LLC and joined the Company in 2001. Since that time, Mr. Adams has been closely involved in the Company’s acquisition of an additional 1.3 million square feet of industrial real estate focused primarily in Southern California and other national distribution markets. With over 10 years of real estate experience, Mr. Adams assists the Company's Managing Partner with the sourcing, underwriting and evaluating potential real estate acquisition, disposition and exchange transactions. Mr. Adams is also responsible for negotiating the economic and business terms of commercial real estate leases, renewals and expansions for new and existing tenants. Mr. Adams oversees the hiring and leasing/sales activities of real estate brokers for the properties owned or managed by the Company and has extensive market knowledge in multiple market areas. Mr. Adams is involved with the period review of property operations and coordinates the compilation and analysis for the Company's quarterly and annual reporting to investors.

Prior to joining Marcus Adams Properties, Mr. Adams worked for the Office Services Group of Grubb & Ellis Company as a Senior Associate. While at Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Adams structured, negotiated and closed numerous lease and sales transactions for institutional quality office properties located in the Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena and Downtown Los Angeles office markets.

Mr. Adams received his Bachelors degree in Real Estate Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California, his Masters in Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Corporate Finance from Loyola Marymount University, and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
