Our firm specializes in acquiring high quality industrial real estate investments which we source and underwrite using a conservative view with achievable assumptions. Marcus Adams purchases each investment property in a single purpose entity and then presents the investment opportunities through confidential offerings of limited liability company interests to qualified investors. The properties are purchased for long-term ownership, frequently on an all-cash basis. The Principals of Marcus Adams, and entities controlled by the Principals, invest in each property on the same terms as outside investors. Marcus Adams has a proven track record with consistently strong returns and a high level of investor satisfaction that generates consistent, repeat investment.
