Our History

In 1996, Craig Marcus and David Adams, each with extensive experience and history in the real estate investment business, founded Marcus Adams Industrial Investments for the sole purpose of acquiring high quality industrial real estate assets in Southern California. In 2001, Casey Adams and Michael Adams joined the team to expand the company's acquisition and growth strategy.

Marcus Adams Properties, LLC, as the firm is known today, owns and manages approximately two million square feet of industrial real estate that is located primarily in Southern California. Since the firm was founded, Marcus Adams has developed a specialized expertise in industrial real estate with a solid investment track-record. During this time, Marcus Adams Properties, LLC has been able to accomplish and produce rewarding and dependable financial returns to our investors. We have and will remain committed and dedicated to continuing our prudent and disciplined approach that has made our company successful.
